The Definition of True Happiness

There's a difference between "feeling" happy and "being" happy. For example, we feel happy when something good happens. We are happy when all of the somethings fit together in coordination.

However, I think this is not the whole point of true happiness.

Obviously when things go wrong, we are not happy.

Many people think that they would be happy if they were rich and had money. Of course you can be happy and rich, but money shouldn't be the ultimate goal in my opinion.

Money can and can't buy some things. For example, you can buy a very expensive car, but it can't buy you complete satisfaction because it breaks all the time and you can't afford to pay expenses off of it anymore. Money can buy you entertainment/pleasure, but it can't buy you true happiness.

So what is true happiness?
I think true happiness is an internal thing like it comes from the heart. True happiness is about loving yourself (and others) while at the same time having the ability to always change to become a better individual. There are times where you might experience hardship, but true happiness wins when you know that you will move on and make it through in life.

And purpose in life?
My purpose in life is to help others through blogging and in future career. If you have trouble finding a purpose, then think about the things that you like. What interests you? What do you have a passion for? If you have a passion in something, then I think you will find a purpose from that.

30 Happy Days Challenge: Throughout this challenge, I felt joy in the smallest, simplest things like watching funny videos by one of my favorite actors. Was I truly happy those days? NO, but the challenge did help me become a more positive, brighter person. Maybe I should have named the challenge "30 Positive Days Challenge." (Grr I wish I thought of that before lol. Oh well, I guess).

Honestly, I am not a very goody-goody person, nor am I striving to become a perfect person. There's a difference between becoming better and becoming perfect. When something bothers me, I do fucking blow up Sometimes. Of course there are going to be times where I'm going to be angry or upset in the future. But I'm not going to let those things get to me soooo deeply.

I hope my posts brightened your days also.

My expectations were not very high for this challenge, so I am not surprised.

Here's a link to the day before I started it:

I'm still going to donate to the charity of my choice.

This challenge might seem to be kind of corny, but I think it does kind of help.

Sorry, that I didn't post anything on the last 30th day. Even though I didn't write anything, I did think about the last task, which was called "what you'd consider to be true happiness." Honestly, it took me some time to put the "puzzle" together for this.
